The associate will support day-to-day compliance operations, including reviewing personal trading activity and conducting communication surveillance. They will also manage regulatory filings, review marketing materials, and identify opportunities for operational efficiency.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree and experience in compliance or operations within a regulated financial services environment. Proficiency with technology platforms and a strong understanding of the regulatory framework for investment advisers are required.
