PURPOSE OF POSITION
The Junior Client Services Operations Analyst is responsible for supporting the Client Services team in delivering operational and administrative assistance to internal stakeholders and external clients.
This role serves as an entry point into the Client Services function, providing exposure to the full client lifecycle, from onboarding through post-trade support. The analyst will assist with daily operational routines, client inquiries, account maintenance, and process execution while developing knowledge of financial markets, commodities, and Hedgepoint's products and services.
The successful candidate is expected to work closely with senior team members, demonstrating strong attention to detail, willingness to learn, customer focus, and the ability to collaborate across different areas of the business.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the Client Services team in daily operational activities and routine customer requests.
- Assist in customer onboarding processes, including document collection, tracking, and follow-up activities.
- Support daily margin call activities and client communications under established procedures.
- Assist with bank reconciliations and operational controls.
- Monitor and update internal systems, reports, and client records.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments, ensuring requests are directed appropriately and resolved efficiently.
- Provide timely responses to client inquiries and escalate issues when necessary.
- Support FX/SPOT transaction workflows with partner banks.
- Assist in EFR/EFS position transfer processes and related documentation.
- Participate in projects, process improvements, and operational initiatives impacting client experience.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to a positive client experience through proactive communication and attention to service quality.
- Assist with preparation of reports, presentations, and operational metrics.
- Availability for occasional client visits and internal meetings.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
- B.S. or higher in Economics, Engineering, Administration
- Previous experience in Client Services on the financial markets
- Experience in Excel
- CPA-20 Certification is a plus
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
- Language: Fluent English / Spanish is a plus
- Competence: Communicative, teamwork oriented, empathic, and focused.
- Communication skills: Demonstrating strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey information and provide excellent customer service.

- Solid knowledge about derivatives and financial markets. Agricultural commodities is a plus.
LOCATION
Campinas or Vila Olímpia, SP | Up to twice a week in the office.
