Supervise the exercise floor, ensure participant safety, and provide instruction on the proper use of equipment. Handle front desk duties, membership data entry, and maintain the cleanliness of the facility and locker rooms.
Requires a high school diploma or GED and must be at least 18 years old. CPR/AED and First Aid certifications are required within 30 days of hire, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs is necessary.

About the role
HealthFitness is looking for a motivated Fitness Floor Attendant to join the fitness team at our corporate client site in Juno Beach, Florida. Join a supportive team and help create a welcoming, safe fitness environment.
Full-time, temporary role through December 2026
Mon–Fri: 8-hour shifts between 5:15 AM – 8:00 PM
Occasional Saturdays: 7:45 AM – 12:15 PM

Interacts with participants and monitors equipment and participant safety.
Welcomes members by greeting, answering questions, responding to requests while at front desk and input data into membership system.
Performs facility maintenance responsibilities; ensures facility, equipment and locker rooms are clean and always stocked.
Understand and execute the Emergency Medical Procedures throughout the facility.
Demonstrate and instruct on the proper use of exercise equipment.
Minimum Requirements
Must be 18 years or older.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Adult CPR/AED & First Aid certifications from American Red Cross, American Heart Association, or American Safety & Health Institute will be required within first 30 days of hire.
Prior fitness and customer service experience strongly preferred.
Computer application knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) strongly preferred.
Physical demands require having the ability to lift up to 40 lb. weights for restacking.
Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills including the ability to motivate others.
Ability to effectively organize and prioritize work demands.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team with enthusiasm, initiative, and creativity.
