The primary responsibility is to schedule annual on-site occupational health screening visits for various clients. This includes coordinating dates based on logistics and serving as a liaison between the company and mobile van technicians.
Candidates must possess excellent communication and customer relations skills along with proficiency in Microsoft Office. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and basic mathematical ability are required.

This position’s primary responsibility is to schedule an annual on-sight visit to HCI’s various clients for audiometric, Fit, and Vision testing services. This would be a great fit for individuals who are very detail-oriented and who would enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment. This position has regular contact with clients and would be best suited for individuals with excellent customer services skills. This position reports directly to Director of Logistics and Fleet Operations.
