⏱️ Monday to Friday + regular Saturday | 8:00am – 6:00pm
HBF Dental Karrinyup is looking for an experienced Dental Assistant ready to take the next step in their career, stepping into a 2IC role supporting the day-to-day leadership of our busy centre.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled DA who wants to grow into leadership, with genuine potential to progress towards a Practice Manager role in the future:
Take on a 2IC leadership role while remaining hands-on clinically
Build valuable leadership and coordination experience
Work in a busy, high-performing centre with a supportive team
Clear career progression pathway towards Practice Manager
Availability required:
Weekdays and regular (not all) Saturdays
Standard clinic hours within 8:00am – 6:00pm
Supporting the day-to-day leadership and coordination of the centre
Coordinating and managing the appointment book and recall system
Assisting chairside as part of a full scope of clinical duties
Acting as a key point of contact for the team and patients
Helping drive smooth, efficient day-to-day clinic operations
Proven experience as a Dental Assistant
Strong communication skills
Confidence coordinating and managing appointment books and recall systems
D4W experience preferred
Reliable, organised and proactive leadership style
Hepatitis B immunisation clearance (or willingness to obtain)
Willingness to complete a National Police Check
Genuine career progression towards a Practice Manager role
