The Principal Cost Engineer develops cost models and Design-to-Cost targets for automotive electronic components and assemblies. They collaborate with procurement and engineering teams to analyze supplier quotes and implement cost-modeling solutions to drive profitability.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering and at least 10 years of experience in cost engineering and VA/VE of electronic systems. Candidates must demonstrate technical leadership, the ability to influence stakeholders, and fluency in English.

The Principal Cost Engineer work to achieve the profitability and growth goals defined by the leadership strategy through a cross-functional collaborative environment with Procurement, Engineering, Customer Account Management, Manufacturing and Suppliers.
