The Customer Liaison Quality Engineer resolves quality issues resulting from design or manufacturing discrepancies by working with multifunctional teams and customers. Responsibilities include managing field containment, reporting quality metrics, and leading problem-solving efforts using modern quality tools.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and 3-5 years of experience with automotive electronics. Proficiency in PPAP, problem-solving methodologies, and English communication is essential.
