The Associate supports senior professionals in managing and expanding relationships with financial intermediaries and institutional investors to drive asset growth. Key duties include conducting client outreach, preparing business development reports, and communicating investment strategies to prospects.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree and 2-5 years of client-facing experience within asset management or financial services. A foundational understanding of global equity investing is required, and Series 7/63 licenses or a CFA designation are preferred.
Harding Loevner seeks a Client Relations Associate to join its Client Relations team responsible for managing and expanding relationships with financial intermediaries and institutional investors.
The Associate will support senior client relations professionals in strengthening client relationships and driving asset growth, with exposure to RIAs, consultants, banks, broker-dealers, and institutional investors. This role also offers the opportunity to develop knowledge of the firm’s investment strategies and market dynamics through direct participation in client and prospect interactions across institutional and intermediary channels while contributing to relationship management, business development initiatives, and the delivery of a high-quality client experience.

The annual base salary range for this position is $85,000–$95,000. The firm’s total compensation program includes an annual base salary, an annual discretionary performance-based bonus, a remunerative long-term incentive plan, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance; a 401(k) retirement plan; paid time off; a flexible spending account (FSA) program; and access to various wellness and employee assistance programs.
The actual base salary will be determined based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, education, and other job-related considerations.
