Manage and service a book of personal lines insurance accounts while providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include processing policy changes, reviewing renewals, and collaborating with carriers to ensure accurate coverage placement.
Requires a High School Diploma, an active Property & Casualty Insurance License, and at least two years of insurance industry experience. Preferred qualifications include an Associate's or Bachelor's degree and industry designations like CISR or CIC.

The Personal Lines Account Manager is responsible for managing and servicing an assigned book of personal insurance clients while delivering exceptional customer service and supporting account retention efforts. This role works closely with clients, insurance carriers, and internal team members to ensure accurate coverage placement, policy servicing, and proactive account management.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Work Arrangement: Eligible for a hybrid work schedule after six months of employment, based on performance, experience, and business needs.
