Own the performance creative strategy for paid media, specifically focusing on Meta to develop hooks and messaging frameworks. Translate performance data into creative iterations and manage testing roadmaps to scale winning assets.
Requires senior-level experience in performance creative or direct-response copywriting with a proven track record in paid media environments. Must be able to operate independently during EU working hours and possess a strong understanding of conversion psychology.
