The Spa Manager is responsible for driving revenue through membership sales, marketing, and service upgrades. They also oversee daily spa operations, recruit and coach staff, and ensure a high-quality client experience.
Candidates must have 2 to 3 years of management experience in the salon, spa, retail, or hospitality industry. The role requires a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, along with the ability to promote massage and skin care services.
