The Underwriting Operations Analyst supports operational processes by entering policy and treaty details into underwriting systems and maintaining electronic files. They also assist with outwards reinsurance treaty administration and ensure data integrity by liaising with underwriting teams, carriers, and the finance department.
Candidates should have proven administrative support experience within the insurance or credit control sectors and be fluent in both Spanish and English. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment are required.
We’re looking for an Underwriting Operations Analyst
As an Underwriting Operations Analyst, your main objective is to support all underwriting operational processes for our US MGA Miami that focusses on Latin American business. This position reports into to the Operations Manager, Hamilton Americas, and is preferably based in our Miami office with a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office, 2 remote.
Hamilton Global Specialty is our multi-platform, specialty insurer operating primarily through a Lloyd's Syndicate and Dublin operating company with a managing general agency in the US.
