The maintenance technician will perform general repairs, including carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work, across residential units and common areas. They are also responsible for preventative maintenance, groundskeeping, and preparing vacant units for new occupants.
Candidates must have at least two years of experience in residential or commercial maintenance and possess a valid driver's license. Proficiency in using hand and power tools, along with strong problem-solving and communication skills, is required.
