Position Summary
Guggenheim Investments is seeking a Junior Administrative Analyst to support professionals within the CLO and Liquid Bank Loans Department. The position involves travel planning, calendar maintenance, expense submissions and other administrative tasks. The assistant will be involved in communicating with teams across the firm as well as with others outside the firm to plan, calendar, organize and follow up on meetings. Candidates should be top performers who are willing to work hard in an entrepreneurial environment where initiative, creativity, maturity, and enthusiasm for learning are highly valued. This position is in our Stamford, CT office, full-time.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in processing expenses for various professionals within the GILA team.
Answer multiple telephone lines for the GILA team; professionally relay appropriate information to callers, route calls as necessary, and ensure messages are received and conveyed promptly.
Oversee internal processes such as conference scheduling, client presentation printing and binding, document storage and shredding, catering requests, the pantry program, and mail service.
Order, prepare, and clean up catering as necessary for client and internal meetings.
Compose correspondence, reports, and other communications on behalf of GILA leadership.
Maintain organized records, filing systems, and document management for GILA, ensuring easy retrieval and accurate documentation.
Perform other related duties as assigned or requested
Assist in coordinating and scheduling meetings for the GILA team, ensuring calendar accuracy and appropriate participant coordination.
Support calendar management by blocking preparation time, flagging conflicts, and maintaining alignment between internal and external commitments.
Provide backup support to other administrative professionals within GILA during out-of-office or high-volume periods.
Assist with ad-hoc administrative requests as directed by senior team members or leadership.
Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion
Exercise sound judgment in managing confidential information—including investment strategies, client data, and personnel matters
Represent the GILA team with professionalism and poise in all interactions with internal stakeholders, clients, vendors, and external parties.
Attend to guests and clients including providing proper directions to site, procuring guest badges, planning for AV requirements, greeting visitors, and offering refreshments.
Support the preparation and logistics of client presentations, due diligence meetings, and investor events specific to BSL and CLO strategies.
Work with other staff members to arrange complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas for GILA professionals.
Coordinate logistics for team offsites, conferences, and industry events as directed.

Mastery of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with expense, calendar, and meeting management
Preferred Qualifications
Strong interpersonal, organizational, communication and problem-solving skills
Strict attention to detail while able to prioritize issues appropriately
Ability to demonstrate discretion in handling confidential data and dealing with executive leadership
Strong computer skills; experience in project tracking software (i.e. MS Project, Monday.com)
Demonstrated ability to take initiative and critically analyze processes and procedures in a push toward constant improvement
Treat all information as highly confidential
Organized, detail-oriented and extremely thorough

Salary Range
Annual base salary between
$72,000.00-$80,000.00
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range for this position. Actual base salaries may vary depending on factors such as location and experience. The range listed reflects base salary only, and the total compensation package may include other components such as incentive compensation.
