The Inside Sales Representative will manage inbound calls from individuals seeking tax relief solutions to explain services and guide them toward appropriate options. They are responsible for building client trust, handling objections, and meeting individual and team sales targets.
Candidates must have a minimum of 6 months of phone sales experience and strong communication skills. A competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset is required to succeed in this performance-driven environment.
