Responsibilities

Lead and develop a B2B active sales team focused on prospecting and closing new corporate business. Monitor KPIs, provide continuous feedback, and implement strategies to expand the client portfolio.

Requirements

Requires previous experience supervising active B2B sales teams and a strong analytical profile oriented toward results. A degree (completed or in progress) and proficiency in CRM tools are required.

Estamos em busca de um(a) Supervisor(a) de Vendas B2B com perfil estratégico, forte orientação para resultados e experiência na gestão de equipes comerciais ativas. Este profissional será responsável por liderar, desenvolver e impulsionar o desempenho de uma equipe focada em prospecção e fechamento de novos negócios no mercado corporativo.

Principais Responsabilidades:
  • Supervisionar e acompanhar a rotina da equipe de vendas ativas B2B;
  • Definir estratégias para prospecção de novos clientes e expansão da carteira;
  • Monitorar metas, indicadores de performance (KPIs) e resultados individuais e coletivos;
  • Realizar treinamentos, feedbacks e desenvolvimento contínuo do time;
  • Atuar diretamente na motivação e engajamento da equipe;
  • Garantir a qualidade no atendimento e nas negociações comerciais;
  • Elaborar relatórios gerenciais e análises de desempenho.

Requisitos

  • Experiência prévia com supervisão de equipes de vendas ativas B2B; 
  • Forte habilidade em liderança, comunicação e negociação;
  • Perfil analítico e orientado a resultados;
  • Conhecimento em CRM e ferramentas de gestão comercial;
  • Ensino superior completo ou em andamento.
Diferenciais:
  • Experiência em operações de call center ou vendas consultivas;
  • Vivência com metas agressivas e ambiente de alta performance;
  • Conhecimento em metodologias de vendas.
