The salesperson is responsible for contacting company-provided leads to generate sales and meet daily activity metrics. They will report to the Sales and Dealer Representative to help customers find their ideal building.
Candidates need at least one year of customer service experience and must be comfortable speaking with customers. No prior sales experience is required, but high motivation and self-discipline are essential.

Description
Great Western Building Systems is currently seeking a self-motivated and hard-working Salesperson to join our dynamic sales team. GWB was established in 2016 and is quickly becoming a leader in the Pre-Engineered metal building industry.
The ideal candidate has excellent attention to detail, highly driven, self disciplined and thrives off competition and success. This individual will report directly to the Sales and Dealer Representative.

Responsibilities and Expectations
Contact leads provided to you by the company
Creating sales from leads given to you by the company
Meet and maintain daily call and activity metrics
We provide our sales reps with 10 - 12 new leads per day. This is NOT a cold calling job and everyone one of our leads has contacted our company to request additional information and pricing
Duties, responsibilities, and reporting relationships may fluctuate or evolve in light of your skill, experience, and the company’s needs
Qualifications & Experience
1+ years experience in Customer Service
No sales experience required but you should feel comfortable speaking with customers and helping them in their search for their dream building.
Compensation and Benefits
$30,000.00 - $230,000 per year, commission based pay
