The Maintenance worker is responsible for the general upkeep of facilities, including conducting routine inspections and performing minor electrical and plumbing repairs. Duties also include cleaning, sanitizing, landscaping, and managing waste disposal to ensure a safe environment.
Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED and at least one year of experience in facility maintenance. Physical ability to lift 20-40 pounds and the ability to work in various weather conditions are required.

JOB SUMMARY: Maintenance worker conducts preventive and routine inspections, facilitates repairs, manages inventory and is responsible for the general upkeep of the facility.
