The representative is responsible for providing superior customer service to members and guests, including handling front desk activities and new member sign-ups. They also assist in maintaining club cleanliness and resolving member concerns professionally.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED equivalent. A background in customer service and a passion for health and fitness are preferred.
