Campaign Execution

• Run assigned campaigns and initiatives from brief through launch and into continuous improvements.
• Write clear, complete campaign briefs covering objective, audience, offer, messaging, channel, timing, and success measures.
• Manage campaign timelines and dependencies, ensuring launches land on schedule and blockers are escalated early.
• Quality-check campaign materials across copy, creative, links, and customer-facing content before endorsing for build.
• Endorse completed briefs and assets to Lifecycle Systems for build, QA, and launch; coordinate closely through to go-live.

Portfolio Ownership

• Own campaign execution for lifecycle campaigns, new product launches, and campaigns that originate with GTM or Product.
• Keep documentation current for the owned portfolio: briefs, decisions, results, and what was learned.
• Run pilots and tests inside the owned portfolio using the standards the function already has in place.

Cross-functional Alignment

• Act as CLM's execution point of contact for Product, GTM, and other stakeholder teams on campaigns within the owned portfolio.
• Translate product, offer, and go-to-market inputs into executable lifecycle campaigns
• Coordinate with Lifecycle Systems on build feasibility, sequencing, and launch readiness.
• Surface risks, dependencies, and trade-offs to the Lifecycle Marketing Manager for prioritization decisions.

Performance Monitoring & Optimization

• Monitor campaign performance against the success measures defined in the brief.
• Interpret results and recommend optimizations across audience, messaging, offer, timing, or channel.
• Consolidate campaign learnings into reusable inputs for the Campaign Optimization Playbook and for lifecycle documentation.
• Bring a point of view: arrive at reviews with recommendations, not just reporting.

Continuous Improvement

• Identify opportunities to improve campaign execution processes, briefing quality, and turnaround time.
• Stay informed on lifecycle marketing, fintech, and marketing practices relevant to the owned portfolio.

• At least three years of marketing experience, preferably in a B2B2C, fintech, or lending environment.
• Demonstrated end-to-end campaign execution track record, owning campaigns from brief through launch to post-launch review.
• Strong project management and organizational skills; able to manage multiple concurrent campaigns and timelines independently.
• Proven cross-functional coordination experience, particularly with Product, GTM, or technical delivery teams.
• Comfortable interpreting campaign performance data and translating results into clear recommendations. Familiarity with analytics and BI tools (e.g., BigQuery, Mixpanel, Looker Studio, Google Analytics) is an advantage.
• Working familiarity with marketing automation or CRM platforms as a collaborator. Able to brief and QA against platform capability without owning the build.
• Strong attention to detail and quality-assurance discipline on customer-facing materials.
• Clear written communication and documentation habits (e.g., Confluence, Asana).
