El/la Coordinador(a) de Ventas desempeña un papel clave en el impulso del desempeño del territorio mediante la ejecución de estrategias que incrementan el volumen de ventas, los ingresos y la rentabilidad. Esta posición es responsable de fortalecer las relaciones con clientes clave, distribuidores y flotas, al mismo tiempo que apoya el posicionamiento de la marca en el mercado. El rol trabaja de manera transversal para asegurar la disponibilidad de producto y altos niveles de satisfacción del cliente. Además, contribuye al desarrollo de equipos comerciales de alto desempeño mediante la coordinación y el soporte continuo.
Impulsa el crecimiento mediante la implementación de estrategias que mejoran el volumen de ventas, los ingresos y la rentabilidad
Fortalece la red de distribución y desarrolla relaciones de largo plazo con clientes clave y flotas
Mejora la visibilidad y posicionamiento de la marca alineándose con iniciativas de marketing
Apoya la efectividad comercial coordinando esfuerzos entre equipos y contribuyendo al desempeño del negocio
Ejecutar estrategias comerciales alineadas con los objetivos del territorio para impulsar el crecimiento en ventas
Desarrollar y mantener relaciones sólidas con clientes clave, distribuidores y cuentas de flotas
Colaborar con marketing, supply chain y finanzas para asegurar la disponibilidad de producto y la satisfacción del cliente
Apoyar iniciativas de posicionamiento de marca mediante acciones comerciales y de marketing coordinadas
Analizar tendencias del mercado y necesidades del cliente para identificar oportunidades de crecimiento
Contribuir al desempeño del equipo brindando apoyo y guía a miembros junior del equipo de ventas
Licenciatura en Ingeniería Industrial, Administración de Empresas o campo relacionado; especialización en marketing es un plus
Más de 3 años de experiencia en ventas trabajando con cuentas clave y en roles de atención al cliente
Experiencia con sistemas ERP (preferiblemente SAP) y conocimiento de procesos order-to-cash
Sólido conocimiento en operaciones de ventas, gestión de clientes y colaboración transversal en entornos comerciales
