The Store Supervisor supports daily retail operations, including training staff in customer service, cashiering, and merchandise processing. They assume full responsibility for store personnel and processes in the absence of the Store Manager.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of retail experience, and one year of supervisory experience. Physical ability to lift 30 pounds and the capacity to pass a background check and fingerprinting are required.
As a Store Supervisor, you play a vital role in supporting our mission of providing employment-related services to the community by participating in all areas of the store's daily operations. Every day is a little something different and offers both variety and routine! You will get to train others in customer service, cashiering, assisting with donors, evaluating, sorting and pricing used merchandise, transporting priced goods to the retail floor, rotating old merchandise off the sales floor, and general cleaning and organizing. The Store Supervisor assumes responsibility of all store personnel and processes in the absence of Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager.
