The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, including planning and directing activities to maximize sales and profitability. They are responsible for maintaining company policies, managing budgets, and fostering positive relationships with the community.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of external management experience or 6 months of Goodwill team lead experience, along with retail sales knowledge. A valid driver's license, auto insurance, and the ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays are required.

We are hiring a Store Assistant Manager for our Canton, Ohio Route 62 store. In this role, you will support the Store Manager with day-to-day operations at your location, in accordance with Goodwill's established policies and procedures. You will help plan and direct all phases of store operation as efficiently as possible to achieve maximum sales and profitability. Expected to follow company policies and meet budget and sales goals by controlling costs/expenses.
