Position Summary

The Senior Vice President, GIK Fulfillment & Logistics is an executive operational leader responsible for the strategy, performance, and continuous improvement of Good360’s end-to-end supply chain—encompassing all warehousing and fulfillment operations and third-party transportation activities. This role provides executive oversight of two main direct reports—a Senior Director of Fulfillment and a Senior Director of Logistics—and their respective teams, ensuring the seamless movement of goods-in-kind (GIK) product from donor receipt through final delivery to nonprofit recipients.

The SVP, GIK Fulfillment & Logistics is accountable for operational excellence across Good360’s owned and partner warehouse network, carrier relationships spanning truckload (TL), less-than-truckload (LTL), parcel, and intermodal modes, and inventory integrity across all Good360-managed locations. This individual will also play a lead role in technology modernization, including the evaluation, selection, and implementation of a Warehouse Management System (WMS) and/or Transportation Management System (TMS), and the development of robust operational reporting and analytics capabilities.

Organizational Context

Good360 is a nonprofit organization dedicated to connecting companies that have goods with nonprofits and people who need them most. The SVP, GIK Fulfillment & Logistics leads the following direct reports:

Senior Director of Fulfillment — Responsible for all warehouse operations, inventory management, and inbound/outbound fulfillment activities across the Good360 warehouse network
Senior Director of Logistics — Responsible for all transportation activities including carrier management, freight procurement, routing, and compliance across TL, LTL, parcel, and intermodal modes. Current scope is primarily domestic, but international expansion is underway.
