The Intakes Specialist is responsible for receiving, assessing, and onboarding new potential clients through phone interviews and case evaluations. The role involves using sales tactics to close leads and collaborating with intake attorneys to determine whether to sign or decline cases.
A Bachelor's or Associate degree with at least one year of related experience is preferred. Candidates should possess strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to manage multiple projects independently.

The Intakes Specialist is tasked with receiving and assessing new potential clients, overseeing the onboarding of new clients, and evaluating incoming claims via phone. Collaborating with an assigned Intakes lawyer, this role facilitates scheduling for initial meetings. It's a sales-oriented position suited for a dynamic and motivated individual with a positive demeanor and adeptness at fostering relationships.
