The Compliance Analyst provides day-to-day oversight and supports the delivery of the compliance monitoring programme, including thematic reviews and control testing. They are responsible for maintaining compliance policies and assisting with regulatory reporting and change management.
Candidates must have compliance experience within the Lloyd's or London company market and working knowledge of FCA and PRA requirements. Proficiency in producing written reports and familiarity with the Lloyd's compliance framework are required.
