AO Globe Life is currently hiring Entry-Level Remote Associates who are motivated, dependable, and eager to learn. As an Entry-Level Remote Associate, you'll connect with prospective and existing clients through scheduled virtual appointments. Your role is to understand their needs, explain available benefit options, answer questions, and guide them through the enrollment process while providing exceptional customer service.
This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop valuable skills in communication, relationship building, virtual collaboration, and consultative sales while working from the comfort of your home.
Meet with prospective and existing clients through scheduled virtual appointments
Build strong relationships by providing professional and personalized service
Explain available benefit options clearly and confidently
Answer client questions and provide ongoing support throughout the enrollment process
Maintain organized and accurate client records using CRM systems and digital tools
Participate in virtual onboarding, training sessions, coaching, and team meetings
Collaborate with mentors and leadership while working toward individual and team goals
Continue developing communication, customer service, and professional sales skills
