Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States and possess a Windows-based computer with a webcam and high-speed internet. While experience in customer service or sales is helpful, the role is open to entry-level professionals who are service-minded.

In this role, you’ll connect with veterans and families who requested additional information about available benefit programs, schedule virtual consultations, and guide them through their options with professionalism and care.

Candidates comfortable using Zoom and cloud-based digital systems
Customer service, leadership, consulting, or sales experience is helpful but not required
