Field Sales Representative

What you’ll own

• Develop and manage a strong pipeline of prospective clients within assigned territories, identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.
• Build and nurture relationships with merchants, partners, and key decision-makers to understand business needs and deliver tailored payment solutions.
• Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting and client presentations through negotiation, contract execution, and onboarding.
• Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and key performance metrics while maintaining accurate CRM records and forecasts.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across product, implementation, customer success, and support teams to deliver an exceptional client experience.

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably within payments, fintech, financial services, technology, or related industries.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and driving new customer acquisition.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, relationship management, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while effectively managing multiple priorities and client relationships.

It’s a bonus if you have

• Experience selling payment processing, merchant acquiring, fintech, SaaS, or related financial technology solutions.
• Knowledge of electronic payments, card networks, digital commerce, and payment acceptance solutions.
• A customer-first mindset that demonstrates the ability to think like a client, understand business challenges, and deliver meaningful solutions.
• An ownership mentality with strong accountability, innovation, and results orientation to act like an owner.
• Proven ability to collaborate across diverse teams and build strong partnerships to win as one team.
