The role involves administering basic advisory operations, including money movement, client paperwork, and data entry. Additionally, the associate provides support for complex projects such as reporting, billing, and compliance.
Candidates should have two to three years of relevant work experience and a bachelor's degree is preferred. Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn the nuances of finance and ACATs are required.

We are Glassman Wealth Services, a Tysons Corner, Virginia-based wealth management firm, and we are seeking an Operations Associate who is passionate about doing ‘the work’ and thrives as part of a cohesive team. Ideally, you’ve held a similar position that helps you appreciate the nuances of client service and support.
