Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field with at least 8 years of relevant experience, including 2-3 years in people management. Prior experience in MNC environments within the food, chemical, or FMCG industries is essential.

Overall objective of the job
To lead and optimize site-level Supply Planning operations in Vietnam, ensuring the delivery of safe, efficient, and high-quality customer service that balances cost and service excellence. The role shapes and implements the local supply chain strategy in alignment with regional objectives, drives continuous improvement, and fosters a high-performance team culture to meet safety, service, quality, and cost targets.
You will be based in Binh Duong, Vietnam & will report to the Head of Operations ASEAN (SG & VN).
