Nous recherchons un(e) Responsable Services Généraux expérimenté(e) pour piloter les activités des Services Généraux sur nos sites d'Argenteuil et de Paris. À ce poste, vous serez responsable de la gestion des infrastructures techniques, des services généraux, des contrats de sous-traitance et d'une équipe interne afin de garantir un environnement de travail sûr, performant et adapté aux besoins des différentes activités.
· Piloter les activités des Services Généraux sur les sites d'Argenteuil de Paris.
· Assurer la mise en place, le suivi et l'optimisation des contrats généraux et techniques afin de garantir le bon fonctionnement des bâtiments et des installations.
· Superviser la maintenance des installations techniques (CVC et traitement d'air, électricité courants forts/faibles, plomberie, ascenseurs, sécurité incendie, équipements de laboratoire et contrôles réglementaires).
· Coordonner les travaux de rénovation, de remise en état et d'amélioration des infrastructures en collaboration avec les services internes.
· Veiller à l'adaptation des infrastructures aux besoins des laboratoires, espaces d'évaluation, bureaux, activités industrielles et commerciales.
· Piloter les principaux contrats de Services Généraux : nettoyage, vêtements de travail, restauration d'entreprise, accueil, espaces verts, ascenseurs et autres contrats d'entretien.
· Garantir un environnement de travail fonctionnel, flexible et de qualité pour l'ensemble des collaborateurs.
· Manager une équipe de 7 collaborateurs et piloter plusieurs contrats de sous-traitance représentant près de 100 intervenants externes.
· Définir les priorités, suivre la performance des équipes et des prestataires, et assurer l'excellence opérationnelle des services.
· Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes Travaux Neufs, Maintenance Industrielle, EHS, Ressources Humaines et les différentes fonctions du site.
· Participer aux activités transverses (Management du changement, réunions techniques, CSSCT/CSE).
· Contribuer, en coordination avec le service EHS, au suivi des déclarations réglementaires (OPERA, ICPE).
· Garantir la conformité des installations et des prestations techniques avec les exigences réglementaires et les standards de l'entreprise.
Vous êtes un(e) professionnel(le) expérimenté(e) des Services Généraux et de la Maintenance Technique, capable de piloter des équipes, des prestataires et des projets dans un environnement industriel complexe.
· Au moins 15 ans d'expérience en Services Généraux, Maintenance Technique ou Facility Management.
· Une solide expérience du management d'équipes internes et de prestataires externes.
· Une expérience confirmée dans la gestion d'environnements industriels et tertiaires.
· Une expertise dans le pilotage de contrats de maintenance et de sous-traitance.
· D'excellentes compétences en coordination de projets, gestion des parties prenantes et résolution de problèmes.
· Une forte capacité d'organisation, de leadership et de gestion des priorités.
· Une expérience de collaboration avec les équipes EHS, Maintenance Industrielle, Travaux Neufs et les fonctions support.
· Un niveau anglais professionnel opérationnel
