The administrator will own the day-to-day configuration, customization, and user support for the SharePoint Online environment. They will also partner with a managed services provider to plan and execute tenant-wide configuration changes and security policies.
Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience administering SharePoint Online within a Microsoft 365 environment. Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical staff are required.

Departmental Role: Strengthen the HQ organization so it provides the most effective and efficient support and resources to Affiliates.
Position Summary: Girls Inc. is looking for an Administrator for our tenant who has hands-on SharePoint and Microsoft 365 experience to own the day-to-day configuration, customization, administration, and user support for our SharePoint Online environment. This professional will serve as our internal technical point of contact for the broader M365 tenant. You'll work closely with our IT Director and our outsourced managed services provider (MSP) to plan and execute configuration changes across SharePoint, Teams, and related M365 services. This position supports 60 headquarters staff in 3 locations, as well as roughly 2,500 “guest” read-only users across our national network of affiliates.
