GiB – Gesundheit in Bewegung GmbH Wir sind ein Dienstleister für betriebliche Gesundheitsförderung und arbeiten mit Krankenkassen sowie verschiedenen Auftraggebern zusammen. Unsere Angebote reichen von Gesundheitstagen, über Coachings bis hin zu Seminaren und digitalen Gesundheitsformaten.
Zur Unterstützung unseres Teams in Berlin suchen wir engagierte Unterstützung. Die Tätigkeit kann flexibel als Werkstudentenstelle, Minijob oder kurzfristige Beschäftigung ausgeübt werden – ideal, um wertvolle Praxiserfahrung im Gesundheitsbereich zu sammeln.

Aufgaben
Deine Rolle bei uns:
Als Teil unseres Berliner Teams bist du mitten im Geschehen und gestaltest die betriebliche Gesundheitsförderung aktiv mit:
Du arbeitest eng mit unserer Hauptstelle in Hamburg zusammen und unterstützt die Betreuung unseres Berliner Standorts.
Du bist Ansprechperson in Berlin vor Ort für Kundinnen und Trainerinnen und hilfst bei Planung, Vorbereitung und Umsetzung unserer BGF-Maßnahmen.
Du bist regelmäßig selbst als Gesundheitscoach im Einsatz und fährst mit dem Dienstfahrzeug zu Unternehmen in Berlin und im Umland (bis zu 500 km).
Du führst 1:1-Impulsberatungen durch, wertest Screenings aus und berätst Mitarbeitende zu Themen deines Fachbereichs.
Du betreust und entwickelst Kurz- und Langzeitprojekte – auch im digitalen BGF-Bereich.
Du sorgst dafür, dass unser Berliner Lager organisiert ist und alle Geräte zuverlässig funktionieren.
Qualifikation
Das bringst du mit
Eingeschriebene:r Master Student:in, idealerweise in Sportwissenschaft, Gesundheitswissenschaft, Physiotherapie, Bewegungswissenschaft, Ernährungswissenschaft oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang.
Eingeschriebene:r Bachelor Student:in, mit bereits abgeschlossener Ausbildung im Gesundheitsbereich
Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und Interesse an Gesundheitsthemen.
Zuverlässige, selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise.
Freundliches und sicheres Auftreten.
Flexibilität sowie Bereitschaft zu Einsätzen bei Unternehmen mit mehreren Stunden Fahrzeit.
Führerschein Klasse B ist eine Voraussetzung.
