The Customer Portfolio Manager acts as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring profitability and satisfaction across assigned service contracts. They are responsible for managing service agreement obligations, coordinating with internal support teams, and providing technical and business support within their designated region.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree or an Associate's degree with at least 7 years of relevant experience. A minimum of 5 years of technical field experience in heavy-duty gas turbines or steam power generation is required.
What you’ll bring:
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited University (OR an Associate's degree from a college or 7 years of experience in a power generation industry)
Minimum of 5 years of Technical Field with Heavy Duty Gas Turbine/and or Steam Power experience
