Develop and scale the backend architecture of the insurance platform to support product launches and policy administration. Build internal tools and agentic tooling to improve engineering efficiency and streamline operational workflows.
Requires over 5 years of backend experience with a strong proficiency in Ruby on Rails and an understanding of coding agents. Experience with AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform is considered a plus.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Backend Engineer to join our growth team. Our growth team’s mission is to keep our customers and operations teams happy by building the Insurance Platform parts used for insurance product launches, policy administration, marketing and sales.
In this role, you will work on backend features of our insurance platform while also contributing to internal tools and automation that improve efficiency for engineering and other teams across the company. This includes building systems and emerging agentic tooling that streamline workflows, reduce operational overhead, and enable teams to move faster.
