Requires at least 3 years of supervisory experience and 5 years of warehousing experience. Candidates should be proficient in MS Office and have a strong understanding of Lean, 5S, and OSHA regulations.

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, including inbound and outbound shipments, inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and staff performance. This role leads employee onboarding, training, cross-training, and development while ensuring compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and standard operating procedures. The position drives operational efficiency through process improvements, resource optimization, inventory control, and continuous monitoring of key performance indicators to support a safe, productive, and high-performing distribution operation.
