Lead high-performing project teams to solve complex business problems regarding productivity and operational excellence for life science clients. Identify new business opportunities and help evolve the firm's internal service offerings and methodologies.
Requires at least 7 years of experience in top-tier management consulting with a track record of delivering projects in life sciences or related operational areas. Must be willing to travel 60-80% of the time to client sites.

YOUR ROLE: As a Senior Project Manager, you will work closely with life sciences clients, earning trust and building long-term partnerships with senior level stakeholders. You will lead complex projects and multi-workstream programs with Genioo's Client Service Team, independent professionals, and client team members, taking end-to-end accountability for outcomes. This is a highly entrepreneurial role for someone who brings strong ownership, intrinsic motivation, and the drive to shape both client impact and Genioo's continued growth.
