Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Business-to-Business (B2B) Sales Representative to help expand our network of business clients. In this role, you will identify and connect with prospective businesses, build long-term relationships, and present technology service solutions that address their operational needs.

This position is ideal for a self-driven sales professional who enjoys prospecting, generating new business opportunities, and developing lasting client relationships in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities through outbound sales activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with business decision-makers.
• Conduct discovery calls to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Build and manage the sales pipeline from initial outreach through closing.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new clients.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales and activity goals.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, account management, or a related sales role.
• English proficiency of B2 level or higher.
• Excellent communication, prospecting, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to generate leads independently and proactively build a sales pipeline.
• Comfortable working remotely and managing priorities independently.
• Experience using CRM platforms and sales tools.
• Knowledge of Point-of-Sale (POS) products or technology solutions is a plus.

Technical Requirements

• Personal Windows 10/11 computer with an Intel Core i3/i5 or AMD Ryzen 3/5 processor.
• Reliable high speed wired internet connection.
• Quiet and distraction free workspace.
• USB headset with a noise cancelling microphone.

• 100% remote position.
• Monday through Friday schedule (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET).
• Starting base salary of $1,400 USD/month (final compensation based on experience).
• Commission structure.
• 15 days of paid time off (PTO).
• Weekends off.

Our Hiring Process

Qualified candidates will complete an initial interview with our recruiting team, followed by a second interview with the hiring manager that includes role play scenarios focused on customer interactions and objection handling. Successful candidates will receive an offer and begin the onboarding process.
