The Information Officer handles inbound telephone inquiries to provide citizens with quality information regarding federal government programs and services. They are responsible for educating callers and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of government structures and databases.
Candidates must be bilingual in English and French with excellent communication and listening skills. Basic computer literacy and a professional, customer-centric attitude are required.
