The specialist is responsible for interviewing prospective personal injury clients and conducting basic research to determine if claims have merit. They manage the full intake process, maintain meticulous records in firm software, and coordinate paperwork for attorney review.
Candidates must be fluent in Spanish and possess strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office. One or more years of experience in personal injury law firm intake is preferred.
