At Gallagher Re, we’re looking for an ambitious and analytical Reinsurance Broker to join our growing team in Greensboro. You’ll play a key role in expanding our roster of accounts, delivering best-in-class support, and driving new business production.
This is a client-facing role where you’ll collaborate with a dynamic team to develop innovative solutions, retain existing clients, and contribute to product development. If you’re ready to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, this is the opportunity for you!
You’ll partner with actuaries and catastrophe modelers to analyze insurance risks at a portfolio level, advising clients on reinsurance treaty structures to mitigate risks and improve capital efficiency.
You’ll prepare, market, and complete reinsurance placements, ensuring all documentation is accurate and timely. You’ll also coordinate internal resources, such as analytics, contracts, and client services, to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
As a thought leader, you’ll conduct research on industry topics, develop content for clients and prospects, and contribute to conferences and publications. You’ll also join at least one Product Vertical or Segment (e.g., Property, Casualty, Professional Liability, Surety) to help shape our global production strategy.
We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
