Lead a team of client service professionals to ensure high-quality support and client satisfaction. Collaborate with branch leadership to align team goals with overall branch strategies and enhance client retention.
Requires a Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience or a High School diploma with 10+ years of experience in client service or claims management. Must have at least one year of supervisory experience and appropriate professional licensing.

This role is pivotal in ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and enhancing Gallagher’s value. You’ll work closely with the Branch Client Service Director and Branch Manager to align team goals with branch strategies.
