Support the origination, structuring, and execution of a diverse range of private credit products, including digital asset-collateralized facilities and acquisition financing. Manage transaction documentation, conduct counterparty diligence, and collaborate cross-functionally to support the firm's lending strategy.
Requires 3+ years of experience in private credit, structured credit, or leveraged finance with a strong grasp of secured lending and transaction execution. A genuine interest in digital assets and experience with crypto-collateralized lending is highly preferred.

We are looking for a private credit professional to support origination and execution across Galaxy's growing lending platform. This is a broad mandate spanning structured and asset-based lending, acquisition and event-driven financing, and bespoke payments-infrastructure facilities — you will play a key role in structuring and executing transactions across a genuinely varied product set as the credit function builds out.

The base salary ranges included below will be commensurate with candidate experience, expertise and local market. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate experience and expertise.
