As a Lead Product Analyst - Medicaid Drug Rebate, you will play a critical role in designing and delivering high-quality, scalable Medicaid Drug Rebate applications that provide best-in-class user experience for both customers and employees.
You will lead efforts to work with development and product teams to optimize complex workflows while creating intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling interfaces that elevate usability and reinforce a consistent, trusted brand. Your work will go beyond functionality—focused on crafting seamless, human-centered digital experiences that simplify interactions and drive meaningful outcomes.

The pay range for this position is $86,800.00 - $124,000.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
