The role involves designing and developing database systems, data models, and complex data pipelines for analytical purposes. Key duties include optimizing SQL/PLSQL scripts, maintaining Oracle databases, and managing database security and recovery processes.
Candidates need strong experience in relational database design and proficiency with Oracle platforms, including OCI and ExaCC. Experience with ETL tools like Talend or Azure Synapse and automated deployment via Liquibase is required.
