ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a SOC (Security Operations Centre) & Compliance Analyst with 4+ years of experience in Security Operations and Compliance. The role will focus on security monitoring, detection engineering, incident investigation, SIEM management, and support for ISO and GRC initiatives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor, triage, and investigate security alerts and incidents.
- Develop, tune, and maintain SIEM detection rules and use cases.
- Improve detection coverage and reduce false positives.
- Support incident response and threat hunting activities.
- Assist with ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 audits and compliance activities.
- Support GRC processes, risk assessments, and control reviews.
- Maintain security documentation, procedures, and audit evidence.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- 4+ years in SOC, Security Operations, or Cybersecurity.
- Experience with SIEM platforms (e.g., Sumo Logic, Sentinel, Splunk).
- Hands-on experience with:
- Detection Engineering
- Rule Creation & Tuning
- Security Monitoring & Alert Triage
- Incident Response
- Threat Hunting
- Experience supporting:
- ISO 27001
- ISO 9001
- GRC and audit activities
- Knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK and security best practices.
PREFERRED
- Experience with Microsoft Defender.
- PowerShell or scripting experience.
- CISSP, Security+, SC-200, or ISO Auditor certifications.
