Collaborate with and provide technical advice to Product Owners, Business Analysts, and lines of business to estimate level-of-effort, timing, and feasibility, to design new systems based on business requirements, and to optimize system and program functionality
Review coding for a group of software engineers to ensure alignment with business needs, change control procedures, and Frost development standards
Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes
Develop reusable components, frameworks, custom connectors, and automation patterns to improve speed and consistency of delivery.
Support production environments, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive root-cause analysis.
Stay current with Microsoft Power Platform roadmap and emerging technologies.
Establish and enforce Power Platform governance, including environment strategy, security roles, DLP policies, and development standards.
Partner with Security, Risk, and Compliance teams to ensure all solutions meet enterprise and regulatory requirements.
What You'll Need:

Demonstrated ability to independently identify issues across interrelated programs and systems and develop the appropriate solutions, typically requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience
3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform development.
Demonstrated experience with Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate (Cloud and Desktop Flows), Dataverse, Power Pages, Copilot Studio, Power Platform Administration and Governance
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to independently identify and resolve complex system issues.
