The Head Gymnastics Coach will lead, mentor, and supervise a team of coaches while overseeing the administration and growth of the gymnastics programme. They are responsible for planning engaging sessions, ensuring safety compliance, and building positive relationships with participants and stakeholders.
Candidates must hold a Level 3 Gymnastics Coaching Qualification and possess experience in coaching both recreational and competitive gymnasts. Strong leadership, administrative skills, and a valid First Aid qualification are also required for this role.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head Gymnastics Coach to lead our gymnastics programme across the Arun contract. The successful candidate will bring strong leadership skills, technical expertise and a passion for developing gymnasts of all abilities. This exciting role combines proactive coaching with responsibility for overseeing the coordination, administration and continued growth of the gymnastics programme, while leading and supporting a team of gymnastics coaches.
Key responsibilities:
You'll play a key role in creating a safe, inclusive and positive environment where gymnasts can thrive and progress. If you have the qualifications, experience and passion to inspire both participants and fellow coaches to achieve their full potential, we'd love to hear from you.
Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday - Sunday (rota basis)
