The Teller provides exceptional customer service by processing financial transactions and using consultative sales to recommend credit union products. They are also responsible for balancing cash drawers and supporting general branch operations and compliance.
Candidates need 1-3 years of experience in banking or customer service and an associate degree or professional certification. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to interpret financial contracts are required.
We are seeking a Full-Time Teller to join our Credit Union. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service, process financial transactions, and educate customers on our full range of deposit and loan products on-site at our Christiansburg location. You’ll use consultative sales techniques to identify customer needs and deliver solutions that build long-term relationships.
Ensure compliance with all federal regulations, including Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and OFAC requirements. Meet or exceed performance goals related to member satisfaction, transaction accuracy, and sales effectiveness.
